Somm’s Kitchen is available for private parties of several sizes. Expert chef and sommolier Ian Adamo can assist in planning your event for parties of 8-26 guests. Ian offers several unique concepts and can fully customize your thoughts and ideas into a memorable dining experience. Your group will be entering into Ian Adamo’s “home” and will be treated accordingly.
Custom wine programs and cellar management
As your personal Sommelier and wine consultant, Ian will sit with you and design a focused and well thought-out plan. Ian’s aim is to understand your palette and needs. He offers his unique global experience and expertise in finding over-achieving wines at a fair price, iconic wines, allocated cult wines and more.
If you have a small group that would love to learn about wine, Ian would love to set a date to host a private wine educational workshop. Together, you will work to figure out what you want to learn and which wine regions interest you.
